Chinese Scroll Painting-Red

This second picture is painted on a red and white Chinese silk scroll which is weighted one end with a wooden pole and has a ribbon to hang it. It rolls up nicely too. I used traditional ink and a Chinese calligraphy brush.

This was one a Christmas gift with personalised text (translated into Chinese characters as best I could) and an orchid picture. Hope you enjoy.
